Work method from ordering to delivery

  • Send your order by mail to order@tensio.be .  Do mention your delivery date and the empty packaging that is ready to return. If there is no date, we take a maximum of 5 working days as the delivery period. This can be shortened in function of our planning.
  • You will receive a mail from our admin department with the confirmation of your order and the delivery date you asked for or as agreed in case of a different delivery date.
  • One day for delivery your shipment with destination Belgium, the Netherlands and the north of France will be picked up by our transporter.
  • A few days for delivery your shipment with destination Germany and the rest of France will be picked up by our transporter.  Count standard 4 work days from charging to delivery.
  • On the confirmed delivery date our transporter will register him with you and will unload your shipment.

Conditions for returning empty packaging

  • Only empty packing of Tensio with a content of 20l or more that contain fluid can be returned.
  • Uncleaned empty packaging have to be closed (cans must have a cap) and the danger labels have to be on the packing.
  • Empty packing which do not contain the danger labels or with labels that are unclear have to be:
    • Rinsed thoroughly with water
    • Closed without label before offered for return
  • The packaging must be stacked according to the following conditions:
    • Cans 20l: 3 layers of 12 (4x3) wrapped on a europallet or in a leak collector
    • Drums 200l: 2 drums wrapped on a europallet or in a leak collector
  • There may not be water and/or product on the bottom of the leak collectors.

Directions for filling in the returned packaging form:

  • Fill in the number of empty packaging with the correct packaging and ADR class.
  • Fill in your company data at the bottom of the form.
  • Fill in the date and sign this document.
  • Hand over the completed form with the signed delivery note to the transporter. 

Conditions for returning full packaging

  • Send a mail to info@tensio.be mentioning which products in which packaging you would like to return.  Do mention the batch number of these products and the reason you wish to return them.
  • Inform your Tensio contact of your wish to return full packaging.
    • If the perishable date has not yet expired, the packaging can be returned to us during a next product delivery.  If however a separate transport is requested, transport costs will be charged.
    • If the perishable date has expired, decomposition costs will be incurred by the client. Overview of these costs will be transmitted for approval befor confirming the return.
    • Full packaging has to be returned in clean state with the originals labels.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a mail from our admin department with the date of return and the return document in attachment.
  • You attach the return document onto the europallet or leak collector before returning it with the driver.
  • The packaging has to be closed (cans must have a cap) and must still bear of the proper danger labels.
  • The packaging must be stacked and wrapped according to the following conditions:
    • cans 20l: 3 layers of 12 (4x3) on an europallet or in a leak collector
    • drums 200l: 2 drums on an europallet or in a leak collector

How to request a technical intervention?

  • Send your request by mail to info@tensio.be.
  • Describe as detailed as possible the problem, possibly with photos.  Do mention the date the intervention can take place in accordance with your production planning and the contact person in the field.
  • You will receive a mail or call from Tensio with the confirmation when our technician will come. 
  • Our technician will present himself at the agreed date, he executes his work and explains afterwards to your contact person the work he has done.
  • Our technician fills in a work order that you sign for approval. You will be handed over a duplicate of the work order.
  • You receive an invoice for the delivered services if billable.

How to request for a demonstration cleaning equipment and its transportation ?

  • Send your request by mail to info@tensio.be.  Your request can also be addressed to your designated external collaborator.
  • You receive a mail containing a price offer for the requested equipment.
  • It is preferable that the equipment is delivered together with an order of cleaning products, unless otherwise agreed upon. In case the delivery date is not yet set, a complementary mail will be sent as soon as the date is final.
  • Our administration sends you a loan agreement that you return us signed for approval upon receipt of the equipment.
  • On the agreed delivery date, the driver presents himself at your site and unloads the equipment. For smaller cleaning equipment, delivery can be done by our technician or by our external colleague if their planning allows them to.


How does the return of a demonstration cleaning equipment and its transportation take place?

  • After an agreed trial period, you will receive a mail containing a return form to organise the returning of the equipment.
  • We kindly ask you to prepare the equipment for transportation:
    • you verify that the cleaning unit is properly flushed
    • you check that every delivered accessory is present
    • you attach the return form at the equipment
    • you put the equipment onto an europallet and wraps it with plastic foil
  • It is preferable that the equipment is returned at the same time with a delivery of cleaning products, unless otherwise agreed upon. In case the return date is not yet set, a complementary mail will be sent as soon as the date is final.
  • On the agreed delivery date, the driver presents himself at your site and loads the equipment. Smaller cleaning equipment can possibly be returned by our technician or by our external colleague if their planning allows them to.
